RUSH SERVICE: Our rush service is guaranteed to be to you within 7 business days.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: We will exchange all items that are our fault. If the item is torn, damaged or made incorrectly, simply email us a photo of the discrepancy and we'll validate our error within 24 hours and process your replacement. You may cancel any order within 24 hours of ordering (except rush orders). There is a $5 cancel fee. Due to the aggressive pricing and the fact that these items are personalized, we are not able to issue refunds.
